1. Rental Policy

All products, including Rajputi poshaks and jewellery, are provided on a rental basis for a fixed duration agreed at the time of booking. The rental period must be strictly followed, and any delay in return may result in additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment

To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required. The remaining amount must be paid before or at the time of delivery/pickup. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of rental. This amount will be returned after the product is received in proper condition.

4. Damage or Loss

Customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of the outfit and jewellery during the rental period. Any damage, stains, or loss of items will be chargeable based on repair or replacement cost.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation may be subject to charges. Advance payments are non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

6. Trial & Fitting

Trial and fitting services are subject to availability. Minor adjustments may be provided, but major alterations are not included in rental services.

7. Usage Guidelines

Outfits and jewellery should be handled with care. Avoid exposure to harsh conditions, chemicals, or activities that may damage the items.

8. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup services may be available depending on location. Additional charges may apply. Customers must ensure availability at the agreed time.

9. Late Return Charges

Late returns will attract additional charges on a per-day basis. Continued delay may result in full product cost being charged.

10. Liability

Wow Rajputi Poshak is not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, or issues arising from the use of rented products.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
